Refund Policy
Returns
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at hey@clinicalglow.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at hey@clinicalglow.com.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hey@clinicalglow.com.
